TNI Corporation made an offer to acquire 64.629% stake in PC Depot Corporation (TSE:7618) for Â¥16 billion on May 15, 2023. The transaction is subject to minimum tender. KPMG FAS Co., Ltd. acted as financial advisor and Nishimura & Asahi acted as legal advisor to TNI Corporation. Plutus Consulting Co., Ltd. acted as financial and fairness opinion provider to PC Depot Corporation. Shiomizaka acted as legal advisor to PC Depot Corporation.
