Private & Commercial Finance Group plc (“PCFG” or “the Company”) announces that it received notification today that, on 2 August 2011, Bermuda Commercial Bank Limited purchased 4,653,800 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 6p per share, representing approximately 8.83% of PCFG’s ordinary share capital.
