Pearl Gold AG is a Germany-based holding company that invests and develops gold mining projects in West Africa. The Company's main objective is the acquisition of potential gold mine projects in Africa which can go into production quickly and cost effectively. Pearl Gold AG holds a first participation in the Malian mining company Wassoul’Or SA. Wassoul’Or SA concentrates on the exploration and production of gold and runs the Kodieran gold mine in the South of Mali. Apart from its stake in Wassoul’Or, the Company is looking for further investment opportunities in West African gold- and precious metals- and commodities projects. Furthermore, Pearl Gold AG provides consultancy in connection with the extraction of gold and other mineral resources.
