Certain A Shares of Perfect Group Corp., Ltd are subject to a Lock-Up Agreement Ending on 1-MAR-2024. These A Shares will be under lockup for 2208 days starting from 13-FEB-2018 to 1-MAR-2024.

Controlling Shareholder Zhang Wensheng, Shareholders Yangzhou Jingcheng Enterprise Management Consulting Joint Partnership and Yangzhou Hecheng Enterprise Management Consulting Joint Partnership and shareholders indirectly owning shares via Yangzhou Jingcheng Enterprise Management Consulting Joint Partnership and Yangzhou Hecheng Enterprise Management Consulting Joint Partnership, namely Wang Xinyu, Ji Yufang, Jiang Qiang, Xu Ling, Cai Junxin and Geng Yipeng commit to not transfer their holdings in the company for a period of 36 months from the date of listing of the new shares, and post the expiration of the 36 month period, to not transfer more than 25% of their holdings annually.
Other shareholders commit to not transfer their holdings in the company for a period of 36 months from the date of listing.

The Company's toothbrushes can be divided into baby toothbrushes, children toothbrushes, men toothbrushes, women toothbrushes, maternal toothbrushes and couple toothbrushes according to the consumer population. In addition, the Company also produces toothpaste and mouthwash.
