BSE Board of Directors adopted the following decision at a session held under Record of Proceedings No. 69 of 21 December 2023:
With reference to the expired surveillance period, defined by a BoD decision under Record of Proceedings No. 80 of 16 December 2022, extended by three (3) months by a BoD decision under Record of Proceedings No. 48 of 07 September 2023, and according to Art. 43 (4) of Part III - Listing Rules to the BSE Rules and Regulations due to meeting the criteria under Art. 6 (2) thereof, the BSE Board of Directors terminates the surveillance respectively confirms the listing of the issue of shares of Petrol AD (PET), ISIN BG11PESOBT13, on the Standard Equities Segment of BSE Main Market.
