Phinma Corporation is a Philippines-based holding company. The Company's principal activity is holding investments in shares in various subsidiaries, associates and investees and other financial instruments. Its segments include investment holdings, property development, construction materials, educational services, and hospitality. The property development segment is engaged in the real estate development and leasing out the Company's real and personal properties. The construction materials segment is engaged in operations of cement trading; manufacturing and trading of iron and steel products, and providing solar rooftop system to customers. The education services segment offers graduate, tertiary, secondary and elementary education services. Hospitality segment is comprised principally of hotel operations, franchising and management from Phinma Hospitality, Phinma Microtel and Coral Way. Its subsidiaries include PHINMA Solar Energy Corporation, and Cagayan de Oro College, Inc.
