The proposal about renaming of Shenzhen Development Bank Co.,
Ltd. ("SDB" or
"the Company") was deliberated and approved at the Company's
11th session of the
8th BoD held on Jan 19th, 2012 and
1st EGM for 2012 held on Feb 9th,
2012.
The Company has recently received CBRC Written Approval to
Renaming of
Shenzhen Development Bank Co., Ltd. (CBRC Approval [2012] No.
397). CBRC agreed that Shenzhen Development Bank Co., Ltd. is
renamed as "??????? ???", with the English name
of "Ping An Bank Co., Ltd.".
The renaming of the Company still needs to go through the
name change registration procedures with AIC. The Company
will handle the name change registration and make
announcement in time as per relevant regulations.
