Piraeus Port Authority S A : Constitution of the Audit Committee 04/08/2023

PPA S.A. announces that: a) the Audit Committee constituted into a Body and b) the

Chairman of the Audit Committee was appointed, as follows:

1. Constitution of the PPA S.A. Audit Committee into a Body:

• KWONG Che Keung Gordon, Member of Audit Committee, Independent Non-Executive member of the Board
• ARVANITIS Nikolaos, Member of Audit Committee
• POLITIS Dimitrios, Member of Audit Committee

The term of office of the Audit Committee will be equal to the term of office of the newly

elected Board of Directors of the Company, whose term of office is two years.

2. The appointment of Mr. KWONG Che Keung Gordon as Chairman of the PPA S.A.

Audit Committee.
