At a meeting with University 20.35, SberAX Head Ramil Fatkhutdinov noted the key role architects play when it comes to successful digital transformations of universities and said qualified personnel needed to be groomed for the Russian market.

Transforming Sber into a tech company, we gained vast experience in building a modern IT architecture, including clouds. Given the scale of our work, we believe this experience should be of great interest to our counterparts from other companies and corporations. Therefore, we launched the SberAX School for IT Architects at SberUniversity, which helps students build key skills in this difficult, yet very promising line of professional work. We are open to cooperation with IT architects and are happy to develop this track in Russia, increasing the competitiveness of domestic specialists on the global market.
