SberBank clients have been entitled to pay for the Due Diligence service with the money they borrow. Once the real estate property has been checked, the customer will get a warranty certificate worth up to RUB 10 bn and can rest assured that the upcoming deal is secure.

Customers can submit a Due Diligence request before buying a real property item and get a warranty certificate of up to RUB 10 mn to be compensated for when they encounter unforeseen risks. This way they can shield themselves against losing money. Also, the service price can be included in the mortgage payments, thus allowing you to reduce your one-time expenses before the deal.
