The Annual General Meeting of SB Sberbank JSC, the Sberbank subsidiary in Kazakhstan, has resolved to pay the 2020 dividends overshooting KZT 48 bn (USD 112 mn), or KZT 3,774.8 (USD 8.83) per ordinary share. According to the bank's audited financial statements, its 2020 profit stood at KZT 60 bn (USD 140 mn).

All-time high dividends amid the stable financial performance of the Kazakhstan-based subsidiary prove that our development strategy is effective. Sberbank Kazakhstan outperforms other Sber entities in terms of several vital KPIs. Meeting its shareholder obligations, it contributes to Sber Group's overall result, ensuring stable ROI.

Earlier, Sber's Belarus-based subsidiary BPS Sberbank announced the payment of record-high dividends of BYN 94 mn (USD 37 mn at the current exchange rate).
