Sberbank : Sber presents tech platform for regional digital transformation

Sber has presented Technological Platform, which can be used to implement various services for Russian residents, at the 24^th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The demonstration of the platform's possibilities is being held at Sber's stand.

Technological Platform is a set of comprehensive SaaS solutions for the creation of various types of working applications for millions of users. The set can be integrated with the IT solutions already available.

What opportunities does Sber's Technological Platform offer?

On the platform, you can:

• quickly launch and create new digital services and solutions
• create a seamless customer journey when using state services
• reduce the wait time for services for the population and organizations
• save budgetary resources in the long term by reusing components created previously.

How are new services created on the platform?

App development starts with designing a new process. The platform offers ready-made solutions for various types of apps. In a matter of minutes, the user creates a framework and fills it with business logic. Apps created on the platform are easily integrated into any IT landscape. All elements required for integration are provided on the platform. Its mechanisms scale and optimize data flow between apps and monitor their status. Ready-made visual interface components provide users with a unique customer experience. Once a business scenario has been designed, it is available to users in all channels and modalities.

Where is the platform already working?

The My Subsidies service in Tatarstan, a catalog of support measures for citizens and businesses, was implemented based on the platform. Residents of the region already have access to 10 services out of 80 in the mobile app, including: support for citizens' private farms, tax exemptions for technopark residents, renting land plots, conclusion of agreements on operations on territories of priority socioeconomic development, and more.

A pilot version of the I Live for Sports service, a mobile app that provides citizens with information about and access to regional sports infrastructure, is online in the Moscow region.

Currently the GosTech (State Tech) federal project is being implemented on the platform together with three federal executive bodies: Digital Compulsory Medical Insurance Policy with FFOMS (Federal Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund), Digital Registration Service for Property Rights with Rosreestr (Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography), and Tenant's Office with Rosimushchestvo (Federal Agency for State Property Management).

Regional services are also available on the platform:

• inventarization of road infrastructure in St. Petersburg
• investment support in Tyumen
• support for large families in Nizhny Novgorod
• a digital regional administration center in Omsk.
