Mississauga, Ontario –TheNewswire -December 14, 2021 –PlantFuel Life Inc. (CSE:FUEL)(CNSX:FUEL.CN)(OTC:PLFLF) (FSE:BR1B) (“PlantFuel”or the“Company”)announces that further to its news release of December 3, 2021, it is proceeding with the consolidation (the “Consolidation”) on the basis of one (1) new common share (a “Share”) for every six (6) Shares held, effective December 24, 2021.

The Shares of the Company will begin trading on a consolidated basis on December 23, 2021.  The new ISIN of the Company is CA72748Q2071 and CUSIP is 72748Q207.

Fractional Shares resulting from the Consolidation will be rounded up to the next higher whole number if the fraction is 0.5 or greater and rounded down to the next lower whole number if the fraction is less than 0.5.
