Postponement of the date of the shareholders' meeting.The economic and financial situation of Campi S.r.l. is available.

Poligrafica S. Faustino S.p.A. informs that, today, a version of the economic and financial situation of Campi S.r.l. integrated with a complete supplementary note has been made available to the public on the company's website at www.psf.it/ IR / Merger by incorporation of psf in Campi.

The choice of Campi Srl to proceed with this integration of the published documentation derives from the desire of the same to provide more extensive information with reference to accounting data that have been the subject of observations by the shareholders of Poligrafica S. Faustino SpA, by proposing pre-meeting questions and comments contained in the prospectus for the solicitation of proxies prepared by the promoters.

By reason of the above considerations, as the said economic-financial report is an integral part of the documentation to be made available, pursuant to art. 2501-quater of the Italian Civil Code, for the purposes of the merger by incorporation procedure of Poligrafica S. Faustino S.p.A. in Campi S.r.l., the date of convocation of the shareholders' meeting, originally called for June 14, 2021, has been postponed to July 15, 2021.

The notice to postpone the date of the meeting, published on 11 June 2021, contains all the information already present in the notice of meeting referring to the date of 14 June 2021, with adjustment to the new date established above. It should be noted that every element, document and declaration relating to the meeting originally scheduled for June 14 remains valid and does not require renewal, including the calculation of the withdrawal value, the proxies and voting instructions already issued, even in the context of the solicitation procedure promoted by some shareholders .
