Following the request for additions to the agenda, received on 11.05.2021 by the shareholders Stefano Lucchini and Elsa Abbate, joint owners of no. 31,034 ordinary shares, representing 2.76% of the Company's share capital, the agenda of the extraordinary shareholders' meeting of Poligrafica S. Faustino SpA, called in single call for June 14, 2021 at 10:30 am in Castrezzato ( BS) Via Valenca, 15, we inform you that, today, it has been made available to the public at Borsa Italiana SpA and the registered office the documentation indicated below:

• Illustrative report by the shareholders Stefano Lucchini and Elsa Abbate on the points of the Odg for which the integration was requested pursuant to art. 126-bis,paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree 58/1998;
• Evaluations of the administrators on the request for integration of the agenda of the extraordinary meeting of 14 June 2021 advanced by the shareholders Lucchini and Abate prepared pursuant to art. 126-bis,paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree 58/1998.

Furthermore, today the modified proxy forms in light of the integration of the agenda (generic and to the representative designated by the Company) for representation in the meeting were filed at the registered office.
