Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe I Gazownictwo S.A. Conclusion of Annexes to the Lng Supply Contract with Venture Global Plaquemines Lng, Llc and Venture Global Calcasieu Pass, Llc

Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. announced that on September 2nd 2021 the annexes to the liquefied natural gas ("LNG") supply contracts were signed by the Company with Venture Global Plaquemines LNG, LLC and Venture Global Calcasieu Pass, LLC ("Annexes"). Signing of the annexes will cause increase in the volume of LNG suppliesto PGNiG by a total of 2 million tonnes of LNG per year from planned liquefaction facilities.
