5.Cause of occurrence:To cooperate with government policy,Kunshan city has
 entered a quiet period to April 19,2022.  Polystar's production line will
 be suspended to 24:00 April 19, 2022.
6.Countermeasures:Polystar will take contingency measures to ensure the
 safety and health of employees in accordance with local government
 regulations.
7.Any other matters that need to be specified:To cooperate with government
 policy,the actual impact on our production and logistics is still being
 assessed. At present, by adjusting the production area, closed-loop
 production is applied at the same time to reduce impact.
