Premier Miton Group plc (AIM: PMI) today announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares of 0.02p each (the "Shares").

Vesting of Shares

On 7 March 2020 awards over a total of 1,184,476 Shares vested to certain Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and other employees (the "Vesting"). On 7 March 2017, the Company (formerly Premier Asset Management Group plc ("Premier")) had announced that nil‐cost contingent share rights (the "Retention Awards") had been granted over an aggregate of 1,216,667 Shares in Premier to certain PDMRs and other employees. The Retention Awards had a three year vesting period and were satisfied from Shares held in an Employee Benefit Trust. A Retention Award over 166,666 Shares vested in full to Mike O'Shea, PDMR.

Transfer of Shares

The transfer by Mike O'Shea, PDMR, of 663,313 Shares to a Family Trust account pursuant to an instruction given today.

As a result of the Vesting and Transfer of Shares, Mike O'Shea, Chief Executive Officer, a PDMR of the Company, now holds interests over the following number of Shares in the Company:
