APPOINTMENT OF AN INDEPENDENT

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

PrimeTime Property Holdings Limited ('PrimeTime') is pleased to announce that Inutu Zaloumis has been appointed to the Board of Directors as an Independent Non-Executive Director with eect from 1 March 2024, subject to regulatory approval and ratication of the unit holders at the Annual General Meeting.

Inutu, has over 25 years of experience in the Zambian and Regional Real Estate sectors, is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Pam Golding Properties Zambia. Her expertise extends to major high-prole infrastructure and transformative real estate developments, where she operates at an advisory and consulting level. In this capacity, she conducts thorough analyses of the regional property market, empowering developers and investors to engage in and deliver market-driven, pertinent property projects.

Throughout her career, Inutu has played a pivotal role in the successful execution of key projects for both local and regional developers, as well as quasi-government institutions. Her advisory and consultancy services in real estate investment knowledge and market dynamics have been crucial in diverse economic environments in Zambia.

Currently, she holds the position of Non-Executive Director for Sanlam Life Insurance Zambia and serves as the Chairperson of the Investments Committee. Inutu was a founding member of the Zambia Green Building Council, a member of the Institute of Directors (Zambia), and the Surveyors Institute of Zambia. Notably, she has been a signicant contributor to Zambia's representation at the African Property Investment Summit (API Summit) and has recently taken on the role of Chairperson for Infrastructure for BRICS - Women Business Alliance Zambia Chapter. Additionally, she contributes as a member of the Technical Working Group reviewing the Rent Act and Business Premises Act of Zambia.

In respect of entrepreneurship and philanthropy, Inutu served as a Judge for the Africa Business Heroes from 2021 to 2023, the Jack Ma Foundation's agship philanthropic program in Africa supporting entrepreneurs.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Copperbelt University and a Postgraduate in Mechanics of Real Estate Finance from Middlesex University.
