RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY
Unitholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 20 February 2024 wherein cautionary announcements dated 12 February 2024 and 19 February 2024 issued by RDC Properties Limited (RDC), relating to a corporate action which, if supported and approved by its unitholders, may result in RDC proposing a partial offer to each of the linked unitholders of PrimeTime.
The PrimeTime Board wishes to renew the cautionary and to provide an update that it has to date not received any offer from RDC, and should an offer be made, the PrimeTime Board shall assess any such approach on its respective merits and in line with its commitment to safeguard and enhance the value for all stakeholders, and in accordance with the BSE Listing Requirements.
Accordingly, unitholders are advised to exercise caution when trading in their PrimeTime units until a further announcement is made.
