Principal Capital Public Company Limited (the "Company") issued the new shares for the institutional investor, offerred during 24th - 27th May 2021 at the amount of 346,233,682 shares at the selling price of Baht 4.09, the Company received the net proceeds at the amount of Baht 1,415,095,759.38 (After deduction of expense incurred from this offering), For the period of

1st January - 30th June 2022, the Company has used the capital increase during the period, details are as follows:
