The board of directors of Probiotec Limited announced that Mr. Maurice Van Ryn has resigned from the board of the company to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Van Ryn has held the role of nonexecutive director and chairman of Probiotec Limited since the company's listing on the ASX in November 2006. Current nonexecutive director, Mr. Robert Maxwell (Max) Johnston will assume the role as acting chairman.
