With reference to PROEN Corp Public Company Limited ( PROEN) issued new shares for capital increase by Initial Public offering (IPO) on April 21-23, 2021 for 86,000,000 shares at the price of 3.25 Baht per share, totaling 262,740,250 Baht after deducting underwriting commission and expenses in connection with the offering.

PROEN would like to report the utilization of capital increase from IPO as of January 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022 as follows:

Remark : According to Objective of spending, item 1, PROEN is in the process of planning for the construction of new Internet Data Center (IDC) building and office in Soi Srinakarin 8, Srinakarin Road. The building structure is expected to be completed and ready for services in 2022.
