It is hereby communicated that the 2020 General Shareholders' Meeting of Prosegur Compañía de Seguridad, S.A. (the "Company"), validly held today, 29 October 2020 on first call, approved, with sufficient majority, all the resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors.
