Madrid, 14 December 2023.-Prosegur, a global leader in private security, is preparing to implement its 2024-2027 Strategic Plan with the approval of a new management structure that will continue to foster the growth and profitability of its four business lines (Security, Alarms, AVOS Tech and Cipher), while consolidating efficiency and service quality in its support areas.

Following the process of digital transformation and product innovation initiated in 2018, Prosegur's Board of Directors has approved the renewal of the management team that continues to be led by CEO Christian Gut.

Fernando Abós takes over as CEO of Prosegur Security, tasked with continuing growth and profitability in all geographies. His focus will be on expanding the company's presence in the United States, in addition to strengthening the hybrid security model that has taken the integration of the security and technology businesses to a new level.

Javier Cabrerizo, a key pillar in the digital transformation of the company, takes on a new challenge as CEO of Prosegur Alarms, with a focus on driving the global growth of the alarms division. Cabrerizo has also been appointed President of joint venture Movistar Prosegur Alarms, where Diego Torrico will continue as CEO.

Jaime Ron, until now Director of Strategy, becomes CEO of Prosegur Tech with the mission of accelerating the development and growth of the AVOS Tech and Cipher technology businesses. With the creation of this new division, the company reaffirms its commitment to technological innovation, presenting a unique and differential proposal to address market needs.

Maite Rodriguez continues as global CFO and adds media management to her portfolio. Antonio Rubio continues as General Secretary and Secretary of the Board of Directors, intensifying sustainability and ESG initiatives and continuing his responsibilities in the areas of Institutional Relations, Risk Management and Legal.

Juan Luis Martín continues as Global Director of Human Resources (CHRO), adding the management of Marketing and External Communications to his responsibilities.

Miguel Torres, in charge of IT & Transformation, and Javier López-Huerta, who joins the CEO's Office and will lead the Corporate Development and Strategy department, are now part of the senior management team.

These changes position Prosegur strategically to meet the future challenges of its 2024-2027 four-year plan, backed by a strong management team and a vision focused on profitable growth, sustainability and geographic and product diversification.
