Prospech Limited is an Australia-based company, which is engaged in mineral exploration with projects in Slovakia and Finland. It is engaged in developing critical elements, such as rare earths, lithium, cobalt, copper, silver, and gold resources. The Company has a portfolio of 100% owned prospective cobalt and precious metals projects in Slovakia. The Company also operates Finland Projects, owning 51% interest in prospective rare earth element (REE) and lithium projects. The Company, through its subsidiaries Slovenske Kovy s.r.o. and Prospech Slovakia s.r.o., owns six exploration licenses. These exploration licenses include Kolba exploration license, Hodrusa-Hamre exploration license, Nova Bana exploration license, Pukanec exploration license, Jasenie exploration license, and Cejkov-Zemplin exploration license. It also operates Jokikangas REE project, the Korsnas REE project, and Saarenkyla lithium project in Finland (Finland Projects).
