Internet TV using OTT Technology will significantly overcome the problems facing by the Satelite TV, for example the rain fade, channel limitations, high costs and so on. Digistar is confident with the level of high-quality content provided by MNC. It produces new content regularly because of the large population in Indonesia.

Digistar will share its expertise in technology to assist the hospitality industry with having more entertainment channels. It intends to open support centers in every state in Malaysia. With the objective of "all can watch", Panorama TV will bring more entertainment channels to the challenging hospitality industry, Panorama TV will provide 40 channels of content from international producers to enhance the selection of entertainment to the hospitality industry and residential market in Malaysia.

With the current availability of internet coverage in every corner of Malaysia, it will provide the ease of flexibility for the Malaysian hospitality industry and residential market to accept service. Studies and surveys indicate that there are many hotels, hospitals and service apartments that have limited TV channels due to the higher cost and limitation on technology. For example, there are about 80-100 channels in Thailand and Indonesia available in hospitality industry, while there are only 10-20 channels offered in Malaysia at the moment.

Panorama TV is excited with its cooperation with MNC group as they have vast experience in Internet TV through OTT to share with in Malaysia. With the slogan of "Senyum, Tengok, Enjoy," it will encourage Malaysian viewers to watch professionally made content rather than be influenced by the negative content easily accessed online. In addition, with Digistar's streaming based TV using OTT technology requiring low bandwidth, it has the additional option to provide Pay Per View in current channels, such as the prominent World Cup matches and other important events.

OTT internet TV has the capability to watch any live sport or famous channel on pay per view basis. Panorama TV with the objective of "all can watch "is likely to offer 40 channels with thousands of content worth at a price of RM10 and above. The next focus in collaboration with MNC Conglomerate is to target the Indonesians working in Malaysia to access their home entertainment channels via their mobile phones at minimum costs.

The system jointly developed by Panorama and MNC group also have the capability to offer Telco subscriptions to enjoy online with low-base monthly subscription fee.
