PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (OR) announced that Mr. Chayodom Sabhasri, an independent director, a member of the Audit Committee, and the Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of OR, notified OR in advance of his intention to resign as a director due to his other business engagement. His resignation is effective from April 8, 2021, onwards.
