FEDERAL GRID COMPANY OF UNIFIED ENERGY SYSTEM ACRA ranks Rosseti FGC UES as highest at national credit rating scale
11/10/2021Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA) has confirmed the credit rating of Rosseti FGC UES and its bonds at the highest level AAA(RU) of the national scale. This is at par with the financial obligations of the Russian Government. The forecast to the rating is 'Stable'.
Such assessment is due to the systemic importance of the company for the Russian economy, high profitability of the business and the level of liquidity with low debt burden.
'Stable' forecast implies invariability of rating with the highest probability on the horizon up to 18 months.
The credit rating of Rosseti FGC UES was first published by ACRA on November 28, 2017, and for the bonds issue, on December 12 the same year.
