Puma Exploration Inc. (TSXV:PUMA) acquired Properties with little exploration work, Brunswick Cards West for CAD 0.16 million in August 2020. As a part of transaction, CAD 0.075 million will be paid in cash and Puma Exploration Inc. will also issue 0.5 million of shares. In a related transaction, Puma Exploration Inc. acquired Properties with little exploration work, Brunswick Cards East for CAD 0.16 million. Puma Exploration Inc. has agreed to provide a net smelter return of 2%, half of which is redeemable for an amount of CAD 1 million. Puma Exploration Inc. retains the right of first refusal on the remaining 1% net smelter return. Puma Exploration Inc. (TSXV:PUMA) completed the acquisition of Properties with little exploration work, Brunswick Cards West in August 2020.
