On April 26, 2022, PureCycle Technologies, Inc. (the "Company") received correspondence from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") notifying the Company that the SEC concluded the SEC's non-public fact-finding investigation without further action at this time. The SEC's non-public fact-finding investigation was previously disclosed by the Company.
