Company QMines Limited

QMines Limited is an Australia-based exploration and development company. The Company owns four advanced copper and gold projects located in Queensland. The Company’s projects include Mt Chalmers, Silverwood, Warroo and Herries Range. The Company’s flagship project, Mount Chalmers, is located 17 kilometers (km) Northeast of Rockhampton. The Silverwood Project is located approximately 15 km South of Warwick in Queensland and consists of 234 square kilometers (km2) of tenure. The Warroo project is located approximately 50 km West of Stanthorpe in Queensland. The project consists of 216 km2 of tenure that includes the historic Warroo copper gold mine. The Herries Range project, which comprises 330 km2 of tenure. The Herries Range gold projects contain an abundance of gold mineral occurrences, as both high-grade, small, hard rock workings and spread alluvial gold workings. The projects are prospective for large scale intrusion related gold deposits and sediment-hosted gold deposits.
