Yunbo Digital Synergy Group Limited Announces Resignation of Gao Ping as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Member of Audit Committee, the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee, Effect from 31 July 2017

The board of directors of Yunbo Digital Synergy Group Limited announced that Mr. Gao Ping has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive Director with effect from 31 July 2017 due to his other business commitments. Following the resignation of Mr. Gao and with effect from 31 July 2017, Mr. Gao has ceased to act as a member of each of the audit committee, the nomination committee and the remuneration committee of the Company.
