CHANGE OF DATE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

Reference is made to the announcement of proposed amendments to the articles of association of Quanzhou Huixin Micro-credit Co., Ltd.* (the ''Company'') dated 27 December 2019 (the ''Announcement''). Unless the context otherwise requires, terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Board hereby announces that the EGM originally scheduled to be held on 20 February 2020 for the purpose of approving the proposed amendments to the Articles of Association as set out in the Announcement is now rescheduled to be held on 25 February 2020.

A circular containing, among other things, more details of the proposed amendments to the Articles of Association, together with a notice of the EGM, will be despatched to the shareholders in due course. Save as disclosed above, all other information in the Announcement remains the same.
