Salford Investments Sp. zoo made an offer to acquire the remaining 81.25% stake in North Coast Spolka Akcyjna from BPH Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamkniety Multi Inwestycja Fund, BPH Selective, BPH Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamkniety - Multi Inwestycja Fund, BPH SFIO Total Profit of BPH Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA and others for PLN 6.8 million.

Salford Investments Sp. zoo made an offer to acquire the remaining 81.25% stake in North Coast Spolka Akcyjna (WSE:NCT) from BPH Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamkniety Multi Inwestycja Fund, BPH Selective, BPH Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamkniety - Multi Inwestycja Fund, BPH SFIO Total Profit of BPH Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA and others for PLN 6.8 million on December 17, 2014. The individual shareholders include Michal Mlynarczyk, Maciej Raczkowski, Marcin Kuczmik, Henryk Zieba, Silvano Fiocco, Giorgio Pezzolato and Castelli Polska.

Salford offered PLN 3.8 per share. The transaction is subject to approval of North Coast shareholders. The President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection approved the deal on December 23, 2014.

The Management Board of North Coast approved the deal on January 9, 2015.
