R ENERGY 1 SA ANNOUNCEMENT
Delisting of the shares of R ENERGY 1 S.A. from the Emerging Companies Market of
the Cyprus Stock Exchange
The Cyprus Stock Exchange has decided, further to the request of the company R ENERGY 1 S.A. (the "Company"), to delist the Company's shares (ordinary and preference) from the Emerging Companies Market, pursuant to the powers conferred on it by Article 178(1) of the Securities and Cyprus Stock Exchange Law and Paragraph 2.4.1.3. of RAA 379/2014 as amended.
The delisting of the above Company's shares from the Stock Exchange will take effect on 27 January 2023. The Company's titles will be suspended from 24 January 2023 until their delisting. It is noted that on the same date, the Company's titles will also be delisted from the Central Securities Depository and Central Registry, in accordance with Article 19 of the Securities and Cyprus Stock Exchange (Central Securities Depository and Central Registry) Law.
