Notice Concerning the Determination of Matters Relating to the Acquisition of Treasury Shares
and Cancellation of Treasury Shares
(Acquisition of treasury shares in accordance with the Articles of Incorporation pursuant to Article 165, Paragraph 2 of the Companies Act and cancellation of treasury shares in accordance with Article 178 of the Companies Act)
Raccoon Holdings, Inc. ("Raccoon") announces that at the Board of Directors meeting held on June 10, 2022, it passed a resolution regarding the matters related to acquisition of treasury shares according to the provisions of Article 156 of the Companies Act, applicable pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 3, Article 165 of said Act, and decided to cancel treasury shares pursuant to the provisions of Article 178 of the Companies Act.
