The Management Board of RAFAKO S.A. of Racibórz (the "Company") announces the dates of release of the Company's periodic reports in 2021.

  1. Consolidated quarterly reports containing condensed consolidated quarterly financial statements and condensed separate quarterly financial statements:
    1. for Q1 2021 − May 21st 2021,
    2. for Q3 2021 − November 22nd 2021.
  3. Consolidated half-year report for H1 2021 containing condensed consolidated half- year financial statements and condensed separate half-year financial statements: September 23rd 2021.
  4. Full-yearreports for 2020:
    1. Separate full-year report - April 23rd 2021,
    2. Consolidated full-year report - April 23rd 2021.

Legal basis for this report: Art 56.1.2 of the Act on Public Offering and Par. 80.1 of the Minister of Finance's Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated March 29th 2018.
