Schedule for Publication of Periodic Reports in the accounting year 2016

Legal basis

Art. 56.1.2 of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information

The Management Board of Rank Progress S.A. (the 'Company') informs the public of the schedule for publication of periodic reports in 2016:

1. Annual report and consolidated annual report for the accounting year 2015 - on 21 March 2016.
2. Consolidated quarterly reports containing condensed separate financial information:
- report for Q1 2016 - on 15 May 2016
- report for Q3 2006 - on 14 November 2016.
3. Consolidated mid-year report containing condensed financial information - on 31 August 2016..

Concurrently, pursuant to Para. 83.1 and 83.3 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required under the law of a non-member state (the 'Regulation'), the Company reports that consolidated quarterly and mid-year reports will contain quarterly and mid-year condensed separate financial statements, respectively. The annual report will be drawn up and published in both the separate and consolidated versions.

Pursuant to Para. 102.1 of the above Regulation, the Company will publish neither a quarterly report for Q4 2015 and, pursuant to Para. 101.2 of the Regulation,nor quarterly report for Q2 2016..
