Rank Progress Spólka Akcyjna (WSE:RNK) is negotiating the sale of Galeria Swidnicka and two retail projects in Chojnice and Grudziac with a number of funds already present on the Polish market and six investors from the UK. It is possible that one of the transactions will be finalised before the end of 2013. Currently, a due diligence is in process.
Rank Progress estimates that the completion of all three transactions will bring it a cash injection worth PLN 100 million.
