Raysum Co., Ltd. reported consolidated earnings results for the nine months ended December 31, 2015. Net sales were JPY 20,773 million compared to JPY 18,532 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 4,010 million compared to JPY 3,146 million a year ago. Ordinary income was JPY 3,857 million compared to JPY 3,222 million a year ago. Income before income taxes and minority interests was JPY 3,830 million compared to JPY 3,207 million a year ago. Profit attributable to owners of the parent was JPY 3,786 million compared to JPY 3,598 million a year ago. Net cash provided by operating activities was JPY 5,269 million compared to JPY 695 million a year ago. The main factors for increase were increased funds related to JPY 18,176 million in net sales in the Wealth Management Business, JPY 1,385 million in net sales in the Property Management Business and JPY 984 million in collection of receivables in the Servicing Business. The main factors for decrease were the decrease in funds related to the JPY 11,336 million of purchases of real estate for sale and JPY 1,080 million of expenditure in line with the progressing development of real estate for sale in process in the Wealth Management Business, and decrease in funds related to expenditure of selling, general and administrative expenses. Purchase of property, plant and equipment was JPY 84 million compared to JPY 63 million a year ago. Purchase of intangible assets was JPY 7 million compared to JPY 4 million a year ago. Diluted net income per share was JPY 82.05 compared to JPY 78.08 a year ago.

The company reaffirmed consolidated earnings guidance for the year ending March 31, 2016. The company expects net sales of JPY 41,500 million, operating income of JPY 7,900 million, ordinary income of JPY 7,800 million, net income attributable to owners of the parent of JPY 7,200 million or JPY 156.25 per share.
