Raysum Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:8890) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 700,000 shares, representing 1.82% of the outstanding shares for ¥700 million. The purpose of the program is to enhance capital efficiency and to improve shareholder returns. The program will run until September 25, 2019. As of June 30, 2019, the company had 38,449,886 shares outstanding and 7,631,514 shares in treasury.

Asset Management segment is engaged in the procurement of profitable real estate, and composition and sales of investment products.
