Realm Resources Limited TRADING HALT

The securities of Realm Resources Limited (the "Company") will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 18 July 2017 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for trading halt

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Realm Resources Limited ACN 126 341 384 (ASX: RRP) (the Company) requests a trading halt to be placed on its fully paid ordinary shares to take effect immediately.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1 and in support of this request, the Company advises that:

1. the trading halt is requested pending release of an announcement regarding the outcome of the resolutions to be considered at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting to be held at 11.00 am today regarding the Company's acquisition of a 70% interest in the Foxleigh Coal Mine for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 11.1.2 and 11.1.3;

2. it requires that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of:

3. such time as it makes an announcement to the market regarding the outcome of the resolutions to be considered at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting; and

4. the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 18 July 2017; and

5. the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.

6. If the shareholders approve the resolutions to effect the nature and scale of the activities of the Company at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting, the Company further requests suspension in its securities until such time as the company has re-complied with Chapters 1 and 2 of the Listing Rules.
