HackerRank announced that it has received $59.998845 million in funding from Susquehanna Growth Equity, LLC, JMI Management, Inc., Khosla Ventures, LLC, Randstad Innovation Fund, Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd.

On March 29, 2022, HackerRank closed the transaction. The round is led by new investor Susquehanna Growth Equity, LLC. The transaction also included participation from existing investors JMI Management, Inc., Khosla Ventures LLC, Randstad Innovation Fund, a fund managed by Randstad Innovation Fund and Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. The company has raised more than $115 million in total funding till date.

As part of the transaction, Martin Angert of Susquehanna Growth Equity will also join company's Board of Directors. The round was raised at a post-money valuation of around $500 million.
