DENVER (AP) _ Red Lion Hotels Corp. (RLH) on Thursday reported a loss of $8.1 million in its fourth quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Denver-based company said it had a loss of 32 cents. Losses, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 25 cents per share.

The hospitality company posted revenue of $26.5 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported a loss of $19 million, or 76 cents per share, swinging to a loss in the period. Revenue was reported as $114.3 million.

The company's shares closed at $2.78. A year ago, they were trading at $7.88.
