VANCOUVER, BC - Regency Silver Corp. ('Regency Silver' or the 'Company', (TSXV:RSMX) and (OTCQB:RSMXF) is pleased to announce that it has closed a further $253,500 of a previously announced non-brokered private placement of $800,000.

Further to the Company's news release dated February 2, 2024, it has extended the closing of the private placement to no later than March 31, 2024. The closing of the private placement is subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals including the TSX Venture Exchange.

The Company further announces that it has granted stock options to acquire a total of 1,700,000 common shares of the Company to directors, officers, employees, and consultants at a price of $0.20, subject to vesting requirements. All options were granted pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan and are subject to the terms of the applicable grant agreements and the requirements of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The options expire five years from the date of the grant, subject to the optionees continuing to act as directors, officers, employees or consultants of the Company.
