CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME

The Board is pleased to announce that the English name of the Company has been changed from "Sustainable Forest Holdings Limited" to "Reliance Global Holdings Limited" and the Chinese name "信保環球控股有限公司" has been adopted for identification purpose only in place of its existing Chinese name "永保林業控股有限公司" which was adopted for identification purpose only.

In connection with the Change of Company Name, the logo of the Company has also been

changed from "" to "" with effect from 29 November 2019 and the website of the

Company will be changed from "www.susfor.com" to "www.relianceglobal.com.hk" with effect from 2 December 2019.

References are made to the announcement of Reliance Global Holdings Limited (formerly known as Sustainable Forest Holdings Limited) (the "Company") dated 23 August 2019, the circular of the Company dated 28 August 2019 (the "Circular") and the announcement of the Company dated 27 September 2019, which relate to the proposed change of name of the Company (the "Change of Company Name"). Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Circular unless otherwise defined.

CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME

The Board is pleased to announce that subsequent to the passing of a special resolution by the Shareholders at the AGM held on 27 September 2019, the English name of the Company has been changed from "Sustainable Forest Holdings Limited" to "Reliance Global Holdings Limited" and the Chinese name " 信 保 環 球 控 股 有 限 公 司 " has been adopted for identification purpose only in place of its existing Chinese name "永保林業控股有限公司" which was adopted for identification purpose only.

The Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name was issued by the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda on 14 November 2019. The Certificate of Registration of Alteration of Name of Registered Non-Hong Kong Company was issued by the Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong on 28 November 2019.

EFFECTS OF CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME

The Change of Company Name will not affect any rights of the existing holders of securities of the Company. All existing certificates of securities of the Company in issue bearing the present name of the Company will continue to be evidence of title to such securities and the existing certificates will continue to be valid for trading, settlement, registration and delivery purposes. There will not be any arrangement for the free exchange of the existing certificates of securities for new certificates bearing the new name of the Company. New certificates of securities will be issued only in the new name of the Company.

In connection with the Change of Company Name, the logo of the Company has also been

changed from "" to "" with effect from 29 November 2019 and the website of the

Company will be changed from "www.susfor.com" to "www.relianceglobal.com.hk" with effect from 2 December 2019.

STOCK CODE AND STOCK SHORT NAMES

The stock code of the Company on the Stock Exchange will remain unchanged as "723". Subject to the confirmation of the Stock Exchange, the English and Chinese stock short names of the Company for trading of the Shares on the Stock Exchange will also be changed. Further announcements will be made by the Company as and when appropriate.

SUSPENSION OF TRADING

Trading in the Shares has been suspended commencing from 9:00 a.m. on 10 October 2018 as the Company has been placed in the first delisting stage under Practice Note 17 of the Listing Rules referred to in the Company's announcement dated 12 October 2018.
