Its lead compound is RLF-100 (aviptadil), a synthetic human vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) with a multifaceted mode of action in respiratory indications. RLF-100 is being investigated in two placebo-controlled U.S. phase 2b/3 clinical trials in respiratory deficiency due to COVID-19. Its RLF-100 is also used for pulmonary sarcoidosis.
