Completion of negotiations on the sale of a Russian asset - Energokomplet o.o.o.
The Management Board of RESBUD SE, announces that on January 9, 2023, it completed negotiations on the sale of 100% of the shares of the Issuer's Russian subsidiary - Energokomplekt o.o.o.
The Issuer will promptly announce the conclusion of the sale agreement in an appropriate announcement.
