The original lease agreement between Yilan Lealea Development Holdings
Co., Ltd. and LeaLea Technology Co., Ltd. starts from 2021.12.01 to
2023.12.31, rent in monthly payment of NTD 63,000 (tax included), and
the property right to use the real estate is acquired about NTD 1,464,816.
4.Reason for change and its main content:
Due to LeaLea Technology Co., Ltd. believes that the original rent is not
in line with the market, the two parties have reached an agreement since
January 2022. Monthly rent was increased to NT$76,667 (tax included), and
the right-of-use asset was changed to approximately NT$1,769,592.
